bhaji Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the bhaji platform ("Service") and its user ("Member"). By registering an account on bhajivip.cam or beginning to use the Service, the Member is considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

In addition to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy are an integral part of bhaji's service. Members are advised to read those documents carefully as well.

1.1 Changes to the Terms

bhaji reserves the right to amend or change these Terms at any time. For significant changes, an attempt will be made to notify the Member by email or through the site. Continued use of the Service after any change will be considered agreement to the new terms.

1.2 Applicability

These Terms apply only to individuals who are legally permitted to use online gaming services under the laws of their own country. It is entirely the user's responsibility to be aware of and comply with any laws applicable in their country before using bhaji's service.

To open an account on bhaji, the Member must meet the following requirements:

• Each person may open only one account. bhaji reserves the right to close both accounts if an attempt is made to open more than one.
• Account details must be kept up to date at all times. Any changes must be updated promptly.

2.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

bhaji reserves the right to verify a Member's identity at any time for security purposes. A photo of a national ID card, passport, or birth certificate may be requested. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete.

2.2 Account Security

It is the Member's responsibility to keep their password and login details strictly confidential. The account must not be shared with or used by anyone else. If unauthorised access to the account is suspected, bhaji's support team must be notified immediately.

The following rules apply to financial transactions on bhaji. Members must comply with these provisions.

3.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 (per method).
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket.
• Deposits must be made only from a mobile wallet registered in the Member's own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted. If such a transaction is identified, bhaji reserves the right to return the deposit or suspend the account.

3.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 10–45 minutes.
• Account verification (KYC) must be completed before withdrawals can be made.
• To withdraw funds obtained from a bonus, the associated wagering requirements must be met.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering

bhaji is vigilant against money laundering. If any transaction appears suspicious, the account may be reviewed and bhaji has the authority to suspend or permanently close it if necessary.

bhaji's bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms. Please read the relevant terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

bhaji offers a 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,200 bonus — total balance ৳2,200 — before withdrawing, ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000 must be wagered.

4.2 Weekly and Other Bonuses

• Weekly bhaji Reload: 30% bonus once per week, up to ৳8,000; wagering 20x; minimum deposit ৳300.
• bhaji Cricket Festival: 50% bonus on the cricket betting section, up to ৳10,000; wagering 18x; minimum deposit ৳300.
• Saturday Reload: 40% bonus once every Saturday, up to ৳6,000; wagering 22x; minimum deposit ৳300.
• Birthday bhaji Gift: Up to ৳2,000 reward in the verified birthday month; wagering 15x.
• Refer a Friend, Get bhaji: Up to ৳3,000 reward for each successful referral; wagering 12x.

4.3 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonus funds are not the same as cash — they cannot be withdrawn without meeting the specified wagering requirements.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time, unless a specific offer states otherwise.
• bhaji reserves the right to cancel any bonus if misuse is suspected.
• bhaji reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

bhaji's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Cashback is awarded on weekly net losses at each tier.

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Example: if a Gold Member's net loss in a week is ৳20,000 — ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 cashback will be credited. Cashback is calculated each week on net losses only.

The criteria for moving between VIP tiers may be reviewed from time to time. Cashback and VIP benefits may be changed at any time at bhaji's discretion.

The bhaji platform offers slots, live casino, fishing games, cricket and other sports betting, and crash games. Each game has its own rules and RTP.

6.1 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet amounts are set for each game or market and are displayed in the game interface. bhaji reserves the right to adjust betting limits for any Member.

6.2 Cancellations and Dispute Resolution

bhaji reserves the right to cancel any bet or game round in the event of a technical error or unusual circumstances. In the case of a dispute, bhaji's server records will be treated as final. Any complaint may be submitted via 24/7 live chat or email.

6.3 Fraud and Misconduct

• Playing using bots or automated software is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to exploit a bug or error in a game or the system to gain funds will result in the winnings being voided.
• If collusion or an organised attempt to manipulate the system is identified, the account will be permanently closed.

7.1 Self-Exclusion

bhaji reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close a Member's account in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Registering with false information or failing to cooperate with identity verification.
• Identified fraudulent activity or bonus misuse.
• Use of a third party's funds or payment method.
• Long-term inactive account (12 months or more).

If a Member has a balance at the time of account closure and there is no breach of the Terms, the balance will be returned. In cases where the Terms have been breached, the balance may be forfeited.

9.1 SSL Encryption

All transactions on the bhaji platform are secured by SSL encryption. Members' financial and personal information is not sold or transferred to third parties.

9.2 Cookies

Cookies are used to ensure the site functions correctly and to improve the user experience. Use of the site is considered acceptance of the cookie policy.

bhaji aims to keep the service running without interruption, but the service may be temporarily unavailable due to technical issues, maintenance, or other reasons. bhaji will not be held responsible for this.

• bhaji bears limited liability for losses caused by system errors on the part of third-party game providers.

In all cases, bhaji's maximum liability will not exceed the actual loss suffered by the Member in the relevant incident.

12.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between bhaji and the Member. No oral or unwritten commitments beyond this are valid.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

12.3 No Waiver

If bhaji does not enforce a term in a particular instance, this does not mean the term will not be enforced in the same situation in the future.

12.4 Language

These Terms are drawn up in Bengali and the Bengali version is considered final. Translations into other languages are for convenience only — in the event of any dispute, the Bengali version will take precedence.
